About Us

Established in 2003, Advanced Automation Products embarked on its journey in Sarasota, Florida, initially specializing in field service and instrumentation. Shortly thereafter, the company took a pivotal step by representing a prominent level and sensing manufacturer as its inaugural Manufacturer's Representative, solidifying its presence in the industry.

Building upon a foundation of quality service, the company swiftly garnered a positive reputation, particularly within municipalities in Southwest Florida. By 2005, a strategic shift occurred as the company evolved into a multi-line Manufacturers' Representative, broadening its scope and reach in the market.

In the early months of 2011, Steve Brown assumed the role of President at Advanced Automation Products, leading a relocation from Sarasota to Orange Park, FL. Prior to his tenure starting in 2005, Steve played a key role in expanding an already successful independent industrial automation distributor in Northeast Florida. His extensive experience in both the electrical and electronics fields contributed to the establishment of crucial customer relationships in the municipal, transportation, and HVAC sectors.

Today, Advanced Automation Products has transformed into a technically proficient industrial control distributor, offering comprehensive services to its clientele. The company serves as a primary source of technical support, leveraging its expertise and providing factory-authorized commissioning, repair, and training services for Eaton Drives. Additionally, the company excels in PLC and HMI programming, remote networking, and the development of custom industrial control systems.

A heartfelt expression of gratitude is extended to the numerous customers and manufacturers who have steadfastly supported the company over the years: "We deeply value your friendship and the countless opportunities you have afforded us. Recognizing that our existence is indebted to your unwavering support, we extend our sincere thanks. Thank you very much."
